the Canaan Farmers School has provided education for proper values and views
of lives and jobs for 50 years, suggesting and practicing
a Korean model of adult education. “

The first Canaan Farmers School (1962) and the second Canaan Farmers School (1973) provided about 710,000 public officials, office workers, soldiers, and students with education and training about the ethics of frugality and saving, sound values, and view of jobs, significantly contributing to raising advanced citizens and developing society.

Since the 1990s, the Canaan Farmers School has been established in 12 countries in Asia and Africa, including Bangladesh, China, Laos, Indonesia, the Philippines, India, and Uganda, to nurture leaders in farming as well as to fight against poverty in the world.
