POSCO Asia scholarship students have experienced Korean culture by making steamed chicken and Pajeon(Green –onion pancake)
POSCO TJ Park Foundation's Asia scholarship students participated in the traditional cooking class held on Sep 8 as part of Korean culture experience event.
24 new scholarship students selected as 2018 POSCO Asian Follows and previously selected scholarship students participated in this event. They cooked steamed chicken and Pajeon and experienced Korean culture, building up good memories.

Maggie, a student from Korea University who participated in the event said: “ The food is a big factor constituting the culture of country. It was a meaning event because I cooked and tasted Korean food.” We have strengthened the exchange between scholarship students and had a sense of belonging and pride as POSCO TJ Park Foundation’s Asian fellows.” "
POSCO TJ Park Foundation supports 30 Asian young talents each year to study master’s and doctoral courses at Korea’s top 10 universities including Seoul National University, Yonsei University, Korea University, and KDI School. In addition, POSCO TJ Park Foundation is providing various networking programs to help scholarship students understand Korean culture and promote the exchange.
Meanwhile, POSCO TJ Park Foundation will hold a "POSCO Asia Fellowship Award Ceremony” in Nov to congratulate new scholarship winners.
